HGV Class 1 Drivers

Class 1 Personnel are recruiting a team of HGV 1 Class 1 drivers for the largest logistics company in the UK near East Midland Airport. This is an airside position. Immediate start.

The rate of pay: £14.50 per hour + shift allowance for unsociable hours.

Responsibilities:

Customer service

Vehicle upkeep

Assist warehouse/ramp staff with loading freight on and off vehicles

Responsible for efficient and prompt delivery

Operate equipment effectively

To maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Ability to work to tight deadlines

CRC Check (We will carry out the check)

Level D (We will provide training)

Driving Licence

LGV Class 1 licence

CPC Licence

Excellent communication

AS THIS IS AN AIRSIDE POSITION YOU WILL NEED A 5 YEAR CHECKABLE REFERENCE HISTORY - This is so we can grant you an airside clearance pass.

For this, you will also require a valid (in-date) passport.
