We're looking for a talented Front Desk Operative to work for our client.

If you can demonstrate that you can deal with more than one thing at a time, then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

Please note:  This is a full time temporary role.


The Role:
Reporting to the Shift Manager and based in the company's Hanworth office, as the Front Desk Operative you will be primarily responsible for assisting out in the smooth running of the transport department.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Answering the phone
- Collating and producing paperwork for the daily runs
- Contacting drivers and liaising with suppliers
- General administration duties

The standard working hours for this position are week 1 6am - 2pm and week 2 2pm - 10 PM.


The Candidate:
To be considered for the Front Desk Operative role you'll need to be able to demonstrate that you can deal with more than one thing at a time.

In addition, you'll need good communication skills and good computer skills.

The Package:
Basic salary:  Up to £11 per hour
