We're looking for Customer Advisors to work for our client based in Hounslow.
If you can demonstrate good attention to detail skills, then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
Please note: In this position you'll be working for one of th UK's prominant debt managment companies helping people to manage their debt and come to an agreement between the creditor and debtor .
The Role:

We’re recruiting for Customer Advisors to join our team. If successful you will be responsible for the recovery of debt by liaising with customers over the telephone to reach an amicable resolution that is both fair to the customer and our client.
To achieve this you will need to have excellent questioning, and listening skills to understand the customer’s circumstances. It will be your job to assess each customer’s affordability to reach a fair outcome.
As you will be liaising directly with our customers you will be the voice of our business and you will be professional, understanding and ethical with a desire to maintain the highest standards.
A high level of common sense is essential as you will be dealing with potentially difficult and challenging situations.
The preferred candidate will have previous telephone experience in a similar role or have transferable skills from a customer service role. However previous collections experience isn’t essential and full training is provided.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and will be subject to a satisfactory DBS and Credit Check.
