The Role:
As the Mobile Caretaker you will be primarily responsible for delivering a first class deep cleaning service on the housing estates. You have very high standards to create a pleasant environment for people to live in. You can operate machinery effectively and are efficient in carrying out high quality deep cleaning with speed.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
-litter picking/leaf clearance, arranging bins for bin collection
-Ensuring the communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
-Litter picking and rubbish removal
-Maintain the upkeep of the garden areas and undertake basic gardening including weeding. Indoor upkeep of plants
-Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the estate and regularly carry out site inspections to identify any problems
The standard working hours for this position are 07.30- 15.30.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Mobile Caretaker role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good cleaning skills, and be flexible on a day to day basis regards to to duties. The main part of the job will be deep cleaning and sanitising housing estates.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Basic DBS
- Previous cleaning experience or worked as a caretaker
- Must be able to work as part of a team and also lone working
